Stefan the owner contacted my wife a few days before a scheduled service that we'd booked a month prior to say he was cancelling and refusing our business. They had damaged the van at a previous service and he'd promised to sort it out at our next one. Then he cancels. Unethical, lacking integrity. Stay clear.

We had our Vans services and hot water system replaced by the Avida dealer, who was absolutely terrible. After one month, the water system failed, and they did not want to help. We took it to caravans, WA, and they made the warranty claim even though they did not install the unit. They were so helpful, and we can not thank them enough. We are now a customer for life.

I highly recommend Caravans WA for your caravan servicing in Perth. We organised a mobile service whilst we were travelling down the W.A. coast. Keryn was an absolute pleasure to deal with.Rob, our mobile service guy, turned up slightly ahead of time and did a full and comprehensive service explaining to me every thing he did in full detail as he did it. He happily answered all of my questions and provided tips and information for safer towing and and between service maintenance.He also fixed a leaky water line under the van to a better standard than the manufacturer's previous repair. He re-aligned our awning, which was giving us grief and showed us how to do it ourselves if it becomes mis-aligned in the future.If I could give them 6 stars I would. Very satisfied customer...

We have used Caravans WA twice now, the first was a service using their mobile service.This was prompt, efficient and the serviceman was knowledgeable.The second was an emergency when the van door slammed shut and could not be opened…again great service, the door repaired and we were on our way. We will be back to now get some work done by their team….thanks all….
