Had my Corolla's 108 month-service, and happy now!Unlike same time last year (96 month service) when I waited in lounge almost 5 hours for reasons unknown, I only waited for about 2hr 30 mins as I was told from the booking stage of this service.In appreciation of the efficient service rendered to me, I booked a brake service in 3 weeks time with the staff who cared and advised me today.

Very timely and upfront about extra cost. Work finished as advised. Will take all our cars there.Much better than the big place down the road, where you have to stand in with your vehicle for about 30 mintes before you can line up for brand servicing. Good on you Noble Toyota. Keep it up

The great thing about the Noble Service department- Thankyou Manager Dane Huxley, is that they listen. They listen and best advise as to WHAT will need to happen and then go about and DO just that. They are advisors and keep you up to date with every step that’s happening in a professional and polite manner.I can not recommend this Dept high enough 5 StarsThanks

Comfortable guests waiting area with lots of space, bright lighting, some accessibility to power points to facilitate e-work on laptops/phones and a hot drink station to relax while waiting for service. Will highly recommend

Have been with them for more than 10 years. Used to get free car wash with every service but obviously after the reno and increased costs made it impossible. I hope they pay well and retain their mechanics as they are the no-nonsense bunch and always willing to help the customer whenever they can, unlike some other dealerships I've encountered. Joe, shuttle bus man, is easy going and willing to help whenever and wherever he can. I do recommend Noble Toyota service and commend them for their dedication all these years. Keep up the good work!

2 stars for the amazing customer service we received from Alex. He was exceptional during our car purchase back in 2017, and for the decent car maintenance services we received in the following years.Having said that, I feel like the quality of service has definitely gone downhill lately it seems. I brought my car here several times in a span of a few months to fix a brake problem, but they would barely do anything about it as the problem would come back again within a month or two. And whenever I called in to discuss the issue, they'd ask me to come back for a check up, keep the car for 2 hours, then hand it over and claim that they fixed it.Such a waste of time and money.
