Amazing dental experience . Highly recommend to anyone in the are who is looking for exceptional dental service . Dr Shabbir and his entire team is simple the best . Starting with reception…everyone is so friendly and attentive. Very modern facility using the very best technology to do the magic whatever is your dental need. Dr Bianca was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know before my procedure. She was so gentle and patient that I forgot that I am at the dental place. It felt more like a spa treatment . Definitely coming back.

I've come home from work to see my mother balling her eyes out. She had come from another dentist who sent her here to finish off an extraction procedure. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and when my mother gave up on trying to get help the reception staff laughed at her. Disgusting to hear and even worse to see my mother's state who now doesn't even want to go to a dentist again because of how horrible and traumatised she feels at being treated that way.

Ladies at the desk were very rude, my mother came in halfway through an extraction, after another dentist called to make an appointment. It was made, my mum turned up, and was belittled and laughed at by the receptionist due to my mother's difficulties speaking, and the fact she needed to use a voucher to afford the extraction. When calling to make a complaint, the receptionist said they wouldn't be put through to the complaints line.

Today my Aunty had the most awful experience within this dental practice. I cannot believe the disgusting behaviour of the staff. My Aunty was needing immediate assistance to remove a tooth and was sent from another dental practice which they informed her she could go straight there to get her tooth taken out. As she came into the practice she was told they had no Recognition of this appointment. Then asked what had to be done, abruptly told her she had to make an appointment she was not aware of this. This staff belittle her and laughed on her face when asking what she had to do. Going to the dentist can be scary for anyone and for the staff to make her feel so uncomfortable and Traumatised from this event. No help or assistance was giving to her. I witnessed my Aunty in absolute tears from this. She has now told me she never wants to see a dentist again, how can this behaviour be acceptable. We then tried to call to make a complaint and was spoken to in such rude and blunt way saying “our practice manager is away for a week” I know In any place if a manager goes for leave someone would have to step into that Role. Im so disgusted in the inappropriate behaviour of the girls at your practice. I would not recommend using this practice due to not being provided with the assistance and help that she needed.

Beautiful facility. Clean Modern an area for kids and a coffee shop!!! Dr Kermali was the best!
