Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. 4 months for an external sliding door. My bathroom, kitchen, pergola and an external front wall had been installed by the time a simple sliding door came. Also transferred the remaining $152 dollars and still get spam emails from Doors Plus stating they will takes debt collection action. NEVER AGAIN.

We paid what I feel is a lot of money for a final product I’m not even near happy with. We asked for internal door painted white and they are cream not white. It’s apparently their ‘white’ and I was told that’s what it is if you don’t like it paint your house or paint your doors. If they use an off white they should say that at the time. If I knew this was the colour I would absolutely not have gone ahead with the sale. So unhappy with the final product and the customer service afterwards. I recommend to go elsewhere.

We had seven internal doors fitted and are very happy with the service we received. After getting a call the night before with the time of arrival, the tradesman arrived on time and finished the job in a professional and efficient manner, we couldn't be happier.(The pictures I took are before paint and look a little skewed because of the tight space in the hallway.)Job well done!

Great experience from start to finish. The sales process was simple, friendly and quick, and the chippie who did the measurement and eventual installation was a fantastic guy! A tad pricey but the finished product is perfect and has made a big difference.

If I could have given less than 1 star, I would have. Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service and attitude towards an issue we had with our front door. We paid over 5k for a front door with a crack in the wood and have been told it is a natural shift in the grain of the wood. We have paid for a quality product and received anything but. I am livid. Appalling after sales.

Not happy with installation very unprofessional job after the instuler twice try to fix it but beacuse of lack of experience failed I think my front door is not worth $ 5000 Order number is DPMU53876

The team were very helpful and professional. From my first visit I store to the final instillation they kept me informed and the wait interval was spot on. The fitter was very excellent, installing the door as arranged even though the temperature was 38. And he swept the garage out after so it was cleaner than I had left it. I highly recommend their service.

I love the door.I didn’t appreciate how long it took me to get the door. It took from August to January to get the door. 6 months. Part of the problem, they wrote down the wrong phone number and didn’t email for ages for the initial measurement. When I got the door I was of the understanding I would get it in October (mid to end of). Mid December I was told it arrived and they wanted the next deposit, but it couldn’t be installed until the end of January. Another friend had a similar problem with a door. They wrote down the number of the house across the road, took ages to realise that was why she was waiting.Would I go there again? Not sure I like the idea of giving a company so much money in a deposit when they don’t seem to expedite your order. It’s like got your money, now you can wait. Seen many adds to go buy a door from them.

I found the service to be helpful and very efficient.No stuffing us about whatsoever. It's worth paying the bit extra for the service and the quality of the door.Our installer was excellent in the way he approached and completed the work, and kindly removed the old door. Yes, I would not hesitate in recommending Doors Plus, and we also have two additional doors we may get done in the near future.
