After shopping at the Ballarat store a few times. I promise myself no more. But a visit to Melbourne store. Where they told me they change the staff drew me back. Georgia was very helpful and friendly. So I'll be back. Great customer service

My daughter and I went into the store with intentions to spend! My daughter had a $100 voucher to use! The staff member was rude & very unhelpful didn't show any interest in assisting us ... clearly didn't want the sale....we just left ....won't be back.

Went in, a little unsure of a birthday gift, and had the best service ever! I left knowing I made a fantastic purchase and if anything did go wrong, it would all be okay!Such an amazing experience. Thank you~☆

I went into pandora not too long ago and got some help from a lovely girl who wasn't too sure on where the charms were that I was asking for. I watch her ask for help and be completely disregarded by her blonde manager that gave her a dirty look and ignored what she had to say. as a manager myself I find her very unprofessional and rude towards her employees. As she has the manager position she needs to be doing her duty correctly and not half arsing her job.

Pretty much THE WORST Pandora store I've ever been to any where in the world. It is consistently bad, it's unfortunately the most convenient store most often. I have literally been overlooked for service by consecutive staff members in favour of other customers. I enjoy staff gossip but not a customer.I won't be going back until I really have too.
