First class service! Jim replied to my message promptly and fixed my sliding doors the very next day. He did a wonderful job. My ranch doors that were heavy and difficult to open, now slide easily and perfectly every time. What a difference!Jim's services are very well priced and are great value for money.I have added his number to my contact list should I need any window or door work done in the future. Jim from Waimak Windows and Doors came to the house less than 24 hrs after we first contacted him. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and had all the bits that were needed for the repair, refurbishment and replacement of parts (handles) on my 1980s aluminium windows. I could not fault his work. And I will be definitely using him again if needed, and would recommend him to friends and family. Highly recommended! A++++ (He runs a business the right way - nice clear communication, friendly and helpful).

I've put off fixing the back door for ages, but now after seeing how quickly and well Jim fixed it, wish I hadnt waited so long! He replaced the aluminum door handle and lock, so now we can get out again! Also, he popped some rivets in my front door latch to mend it, another issue off my list! Easy peasy, give Jim a ring now!

Jim is a really nice guy who is interested in solving issues for his customers. I originally contacted him about a stuck ranch slider, which now runs smoothly, and he was also able to help with a range of other door and window issues, including the installation of window stays. I was really impressed by his quick communication and fast payment method. I definitely recommend this service!
