Il Lago Italian Restaurant
I enjoyed the malfatti with goat. The flavour was rich and well balanced. Some of the side dishes could be improved, like the roast potatoes that needed a little more time in the oven. The service was friendly and efficient.

An italian restaurant that has a great view. The menu is mostly italian authentic food. I enjoyed the general ambience of the restaurant. The food was mostly good, the pasta was the only plate that I didn't find that exciting. The prawns were amazing. The lead waiter was not very friendly though, he wasn't very welcoming, though the other waiters were very nice. It was very crowded and you have to have a reservation. It is a bit expensive, you would end up paying 250ish per family. Overall we had fun and I think I would go again.

3 star due to ordering a sirloin steak for $50 each, asked for medium and it came quiet rare.. and the sides was chips and a mixed lettuce salad. Disappointed that it cost so much for very simple sides and the steak not being cooked to our request. We were too shy to return it/ comment at the time.Other than that, the service, entreé and dessert were all great.

The servers were so accomodating and nice, they put extra cheese on our pasta and asked if we wanted to put the cake we bought w us in their freezer. The food was good but my seafood linguini was overly salty. But the vegetarian and beef penne was quite good. Not halal unfortunately. The bruschetta was great apart from being a little burnt mabye go for the focaccia or the garlic bread instead.

Was good. Wife said she like the seafood linguine, son like the calamari.Service was attentive but not intrusive. Well done !!

Been here since it's been opened and finally revisited after many years and was not disappointed.Manager is still the same it seems, service was good for the most part.Rocked up a few mins after opening for dinner and scored a seat by the window.Ordered two entrees and mains, drinks and coffee and was satisfied.Oysters could use a better clean... Bit rocky...Arancini (4$ a pop) was lovely.Seafood linguine was alright... Seafood was a little under for my liking, if I knew they cooked it that way I would've preferred it well done.The crab mezzaluna was the stay of the evening, beautifully stuffed (like ravioli).Recommend for those who are yet to try!

Stunning outdoor/al fresco lake view. Came here for lunch. Impeccable service, so attentive! Delicious food and wine. Will be back with more family and friends. Your dog can join you outside too.
