Came in looking for threading and tint for my brows. Lata did an amazing job with my brows and explained the process the whole way through. Great and friendly service and she did a beautiful job. Will definitely pop in next time I’m in Darwin

I was passing by Browz and Beauty in Darwin City and decided to pop in on the off chance that I may get an appointment. I was not disappointed! Lata gave me a warm welcome and although she was already busy managed to squeeze me in. I hadn't had my brows done in over a year and explained to Lata what I was hoping for... she nailed it. She really listened to what I wanted and instantly got to work. She exceeded my expectations with the achieved shape and the service I received, before, during and after, she also helped me with a brow powder that gives my brows that little bit extra Va Va Voom. I will now ONLY go to Lata for my beauty from now onwards. THANK YOU SO MUCH LATA, you are amazing, see you soon.There was also another lady there called Di" who had not long moved to Darwin and she too was absolutely over the moon with Lata's service

I was very disappointed by my appointment today. I do not want to name names as I do not want this particular individual to get in trouble. However I was not listened to when I described what brow shape I wanted. It was only by sheer luck that the phone rang halfway through her threading my first eyebrow that she left to answer it and I had a chance to look at what remained of my eyebrow. She had threaded away a lot of the hair I had advised I wanted to keep to give me a fuller look. I explained this to her once she had returned and I left the appointment very upset. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone.
