Jordan Checker Fitness

I've been working with Jordan for around 6 months now. As a late 30's guy who knew nothing about weight lifting training and had very low motivation to get to the gym, I can honestly say Jordan has been the first trainer to turn things around for me. He's very knowledgeable and flexible when it comes to putting together the right routines for me personally and has been super helpful in helping me make sure my form is correct so I am not walking away from each session in pain. I have a few minor injuries that can cause some difficulty, and Jordan is always making sure the exercises we are doing are not aggravating them or causing me any pain or harm. Great bloke. If you are keen on getting in better shape, I highly recommend Jordan.
