Very unprofessional people. Worse customer service. You cannot even make a complaint about the Deagon staff because their manger will listen you with deaf ears.I will never recommend them to anyone as at the end of your lease they will rip you off of your bond, that's what happened to me.

Dave was really easy to deal with. Any reported issues through our tenancy were dealt with in a timely manner. Would recommend Rent My Property Deagon. Our experience with this branch made it easy to rent through another branch of Rent My Property.

One star is only because Brook who replied my email on time with respectful answer otherwise I would rate it 0 star. When I met David first time when we went to sign lease document from that day I knew it that it gonna be very hard to deal with him. I Would never recommend this real estate to any one. Really guys help yourself and go somewhere else.

Charlotte and Nardia are always quick to respond to any requests and help in any way possible. Great rental company to deal with!

The most terrible service I have ever received from a property company. Brooke never answered her phone or replied to my messages. David was hopeless at resolving a difficult situation. After confirming the time of the showing Brooke left me waiting for over an hour, cancelling on me, then David said she was coming, all for her to cancel again. I tried to call David and he wasn’t picking up the phone. Finally got a hold of the Carina office which then tried to get in contact David with no luck.No comunication or problem solving happened. As a customer, you would expect a level of decinecy and respect. There was none. Do yourselves a favour and never work with these people.

As a property owner I had such a great experience with Nardia and David at Rent my Property Deagon. We had two inspections with two applications resulting from this. The suburb our property is in had over 30 properties for rent and Nardia was able to find a tennant within days of advertising. She went into great detail and was very thorough with her entry report and screening of applicants. I have just received a follow up call to see how the handover of keys went and to make sure everything ran smoothly with our new tennant. Both David and Nardia were great to deal with and will definitely use them again in the future.

Rent My Property Deagon.My recommendation would be to stay far away from this accommodation. It is old, rundown, smells terrible and just a woeful example of affordable living". The Units are nothing more then a single room with a shared bathroom and a tiny kitchenette.The manager (David) is not friendly unless it's to his benefit and full of threats when trying to vacate the property.Look elsewhere for somewhere to live.1 star is too generous."

The company that took over from the community service that rented this property before is terrible.The upkeep has severely declined and the units are not well looked after. They are designed for people on a budget I get that but when sharing a bathroom with the unit next door is pitiful esp when it's an extremely hairy man who does not clean bathroom after use.Complaining to the property management does nothing as they do not respond to requests. They are never on site and it is extremely frustrating when they do not return calls or respond to repair requests.The gardens need work and now new property management is discouraging clients from gardening so the shared community vegetable patch that was doing so well a few years ago is neglected and over grown.The fire alarm goes off several times a week from idiots who are obviously smoking in their rooms. There is no community and your neighbours are more likely to stab you od keep you awake all night with their terrible music than to help you.Alarmingly some unit keys work on more than one unit. This is scary as hell especially when some random man is in the process of entering your room.The walls are thin so you can hear and smell your neighbour. Sure some are clean but I got sick of having to bleach the shower every day before I could shower.The laundry room is often left a mess and you cannot put a load on and walk around the block as when you return it is likely someone's taken your belongings. Communal areas are a joke. They need to be redone desperately.Room checks are crazy as you might get a date but not a time so unless you want someone ealking around your room looking at your things you have to wait around until they decide to finally inspect your room.On a whole it is depressing and dehumanising living.

Worst communication of any real estate. They are unable to organise a simple time to meet for a handover not to mention the constant contradictions and empty threats after leaving a property in a better state than what we found it in. - 0/10 don't waste your money and time... Disappointed to say the least.Furthermore because of all these issues they are now trying to claim all $1500 bond back. We are filing a report with the RTA.
