Poor service, they weren’t busy, they asked my partner her order then spoke to someone else asked again and got it wrong three times. No smile, no thank you.Food, this was the worse meal I’ve had at KFC ever. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The chips had zero salt on them. An absolute waste of $55 as most of it was not eaten. Not the first time from this shop so I won’t be going back, this is suppose to be the better one in Coffs.

The girl at the counter looked very unhappy with her job. I ordered coke chicken wings, that were on special but she served me the normal wings at a higher price. She was so sad that I thought pointless to go back and complain.

Drove in.Ordered 10 nuggets.Opened bag. Inside was an upside bag of 5 warmish nuggets.Quick u-turn to get the 5 missing nuggets.No apology. Boring taste. Soggy.Never to buy again.

Meal was great overall but sides chips were so disgusting, no salt and feels like I have wasted 5$ for large chips. Old Chips and No salt.

Ther was water on the floor in front of the counter, I cleaned a table to sit at & there was rubbish on the floor. Not good , businesses feel they have a monopoly , not true. A lt of people like me simply won't return! I'll go elsewhere.

Awful food, ordered bacon and cheese zinger, got buns and a fillet, no bacon, or cheese or sauce or lettuce, and it looks like someone sat on it before putting it in the box

Store very dirty, seems like not enough workers, tables and chairs all dirty, had to find a reasonably clean table. They should leave some wipes or paper towels for customer’s at least so can use to wipe the table. Service was fine, food fine.

Don’t bother stopping for the current snack pack promotion, they don’t do it. Sat in the drive through queue, to eventually get told that they are not offering the promotion.Maybe have a sign out the front telling people before they get in the drive through queue?After this experience, then being offered 8 pieces of hot n spicy for $10, but could not change it to original recipe (how ridiculous), I won’t be using the restraunt again in a hurry.I won’t forget to mention this to other locals either.The chicken from red rooster in PBP was delicious, & I will be suggesting them to everyone in the future….

There is 2 KFC's in Coffs. The Plaza 1 excellent customer service and everything planned like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately the South side KFC was so disorganised cold chips etc was a bit of a let down.
