Mt Greyhound Squirt became suddenly very ill and i rang them because i knew they had a vet with experience with greyhounds and the fitted me in very quickly so she could be attended to. The Vet David Larratt and the staff were very good and looked after her very well - i was lucky she got better after a few days and it was helped by their prompt treatment and compassion - thanks

I have spent the last 2 months in and out of this place multiple times a week for my cat Loki who had ulcers on both his eyes due to lacerations. I could not recommend this place any higher, the understanding and compassion they showed to me and Loki. Keith I don't know if you read the reviews or not but I truly appreciate everything you have done, I am so very grateful. I thought I'd add some pics of his recovery process

Lake Veterinary Hospital Charlestown
We have been taking our fur babies to Lake Vet Charlestown for nearly 15 years. The care is always focused on what is best for the animal. The communication is always clear and I feel my (often neurotic) questions and concerns are always heard which is very hard to find. The empathy and care shown for our beagle Dolly Parton at the end of her life made a very difficult time so much easier. I cannot recommend the team at Lake Vet Charlestown enough .

I've been taking my dogs to the Lake Vet Practice for over 20 years, and have always found them (both the vets and the vet nurses) to be compassionate and caring, as well as being up-to-date and excellent in their veterinary knowledge and skill.I can't praise them highly enough!Thank you to them from me and my pups :)

The care that Dr Allie and her team deliver is the best. I have always been a Lakevet client and always rate them highly but this was the first time that my dog had to visit because she was unwell , not just in need of her annual checkup. Dr Allie not only put her at ease immediately by sitting with her and talking to her, she was also so good at reassuring me . Could not ask for better service from all of the staff and I would not go anywhere else!
