Opted for a rigid velux system to replace our existing skylight.Ben who was allocated to the job arrived on time and advised the system needed to be extended with an extra cost involved.Not fussed that was the case, the new unit was installed within the time frame advised and could not be happier with the install.The unit is much brighter than the existing flexible tube and the light that is let is it better than the power lights.Highly recommend this company.Thanks, Patrick.

Hi, I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Jeff and his team. I needed to have 6 nineteen year old skydomes replaced that were leaking and disgusting in a home I purchased recently. After speaking with Jeff about a suitable replacement including block out blinds I decided to go ahead with the quote which is always a little nerve wracking. The installation took place on the 17/11/17 - the process was streamlined and the two installers Bo and Pete were amazing and kept going even (during some light rain), they also respected my home and were clean and very polite and nothing was to much trouble, a true testament to Jeff. I could not be happier with the product and the incredible solar powered wireless remote system and the block out blinds work beautifully. We are so happy with their service. Had 5 large VELUX skylights installed and that just changed the house. It is unbelievable bright and beautiful now. Lucky we listened to Jeff’s suggestion on size and where to allocate the skylights. Will not hesitate to recommend Natural Lighting to others.The only thing need to mind you that you have to wait since they are so busy and also they really take time to make sure job is done properly but that worth the waiting. Excellent products, prices and service. Display area is well set up. We couldn't fit everything in the car (4xskylights and flashings which he had in stock) and the guy dropped the remaining boxes off to us after he finished work with no hesitation or charge. Very happy!

Poor communication, I had to chase him to find out he’s not coming. Talks the talk, no follow through. Wasted my time, which is at a premium these days. I should have read the other reviews first as the behaviour noted by other disappointed customers is what I got.

These guys are very good at what they do very neat and tidy great bunch of guys to talk they installed 2 big skylights in my living room made the room look million dollars would recommend them before anyone else on the coast and prices are great
