My 3.00pm appointment was denied but I was told it was for 2.00pm and yet no automated text message advising this was received. The woman behind the counter was very aggressive and extremely unprofessional. I tried to politely discuss the situation with her but she aggressively barked it was my mistake.I have read other reviews similar to mine. She needs a lesson in anger management and needs to realise that just maybe, the mistake could be from her end.......I have just read the reply to my review and I just had to shake my head. A review written the very day before my review also referred to the attitude of the manager. There are many claims in the reply which I dispute but I am grateful for the apology regarding the aggressive nature of the manager.

Receptionist was gruff and uninviting. Didn't tell me anything of what I needed to do, basically just barked what we owed her. There was no paperwork to complete due to covid, I think it was an excuse to do one less thing. I was asked no questions by the therapist so they would not have known if I had any contraindications. There was no asking for feedback after the massage. How are these therapist meant to learn if they aren't given feedback. I thought this was the reason for these clinical classes. I didnt see a teacher in sight to assist the therapist. I wasn't given the full 1 hour. You had to bring your own towels. Overall experience wasn't great. You must remember we are still paying for a service.

Had a remedial massage done by Gemma. Very thorough and I like the communicatio that the students have with to make sure the massage is customized to the knots on my back and shoulders. Really felt fhe improvements and the feeling afterwards was absolute bliss. I'll be back for another session. Absolute steal for value for the price you pay! Ive recommended this place to mates at work and the gym as long as theyre able to fit in a booking!

The massage therapists are extremely well trained, the organisation extremely professional - being customer and student focused. This results (my experience) in great massages every time I book a visit.

The student remedial massages is very good. The relaxation message are generally good. Both offer excellent value for money. I have had over 20 massages from the students at this school.

I am so proud to be student here. This school has giving me an absolutely great opportunity to study my diploma of remedial massage. All the courses are well organised and presented. Teachers are great and massive knowledge and very helpfull with techniques and of course a lot of fun. Rhona the head of the school very helpful and guides me many interesting aspects of the course. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. MSQ such a great place for international students and I met lots of friends and new people over the world. Highly recommend!

It was courteous to give me two free massages for a last minute cancellation after driving to the appointment. Their massages are affordable and the student I had a massage with gave a great service.My experience with customer service there was poor with the woman I spoke to behind the front desk after denying my other massage since it was not put in the system. Unfortunately a woman’s behavior was condescending about it when speaking over the phone as well. Overall the customer service hasn’t been a pleasant experience.
