If the tram system is advanced and high tech, then the ticket machines are not.The computer engineer that developed the software and interface needs to go back to uni and hand their degree back. Also, the receipts produced are unreadable. It's a worn-down system.The Opal Card system in NSW is 1000x better in every way. Machines better. Network Maps better. User friendliness better. Overall better.

Central point for transport, this station is easily accessible and right next to the Pacific Fair mall

Just an ordinary tram stop with a coffee shop and standard facilities spread across the G:Link network. Very well-connected, with Pacific fair and the beaches being a few moments away. Buses do provide services to most of the Gold Coast area.

Needs to enforce the public transport rules, too many problematic people getting away with breaking them...It needs heavier security presence, enforce the rules instead of pandering to the rift raft..

It’s a very convenient trip either way by bus to the airport, or by tram to Surfers Paradise. On top of that, it has some fun art and is only a short walk to the huge and comfortable Pacific Fair shopping centre over the bridge! Definitely travel this way instead of going to the airport by taxi!

A great light rail station. Easy to transfer to the buses and next to the Pacific Fair shopping center.
