Target Helensvale

Amazing experience at Target Helensvale last night. When I reached the register I realised the shoes I was buying had no tag or code / but the lovely young lady on the counter was absolutely amazing - her customer service is fabulous! She reassured it was not an issue and she could find it - small chit chat saying it happens and she can easily find the barcode. But her whole manner was just beautiful - she truely deserves a customer service award and for being the most friendliest and most helpful sales assistant I have had in a long time at any shop.

Good for basics, like pj's, work pants, underwear, bras etc. Although they always seem to be out of my size. Nice, large, clean and organized store. Good spacious changing rooms with plenty of lighting.

Target isn't what it used to be but then again what is.Silk able to find good quality items and good prices.

I was picking up a click and collect order. I was impressed with Julia's service. Regrettably I was feeling sick, so she grabbed me a spew bowl and chair.

So i got turtle beach 70 headphones from target helensvale almost a year ago. I loved it until recently the wire started playing up so i figured i’d claim it in warranty. I went to the customer service desk at the back and the ladies working there said oh we dont cover the wires etc but i’ll change it for you this time only. I was happy and i ended up getting another pair. As soon as i got home i opened the box and noticed one of the speakers in the headphones is broken. The next day i took the headphones back hoping it’ll be an easy replacement. The lady working at the customer service desk said “oh these are indestructible and i’ve never seen these headphones come back, seems a little sus basically accusing me that i broke them on purpose but she ended up giving me a new pair saying that if i bring it back again theres gonna be red flags everywhere in the system and we’re gonna physically check whats wrong with them etc. she opened the new headphones infront of me showing me that this isnt broken and basically saying if i open it i might break it again? Anyways i got the new pair… i came home and plugged them in my ps5 and this time the volume button of the headphones was causing an issue due to which only 1 speaker would work. I took the headphones back to target helensvale and i also bought my audio jack converter so i can show the issue to them. I believe the lady i met this time was a manager or something of sort. And she first basically accused me of photocopying the receipt for some reason. (Which doesnt even make any sence) Then she said oh this your third pair and we wont be able to return it again etc and just the way she said it was so rude. She was doing everything in her power to not return the headphones. But she ended up giving me the return card credit thing.What i don’t understand is what did i do wrong? Target helensvale is the one selling doggy headphones and if bring them back because i paid for them and i expect them to work 100%, i’m the bad guy? I wouldnt return to this target even if they would start selling things for free. Horrible customer service, horrible management. Would not recommend shopping here at all.P.s i will not be using the return credit as i really dont wanna get humiliated and accused again by targets horrible customer service.

Friendly expert replacement of perished windscreen rubber seals at Speedy Autoglass, and great almond latte with the best sausage rolls in town at Emily's. Highly recommend both places.

It's always clean and easy to navigate around. The staff are very helpful. My experience at the checkout was easy and the staff were also very helpful. Always a great reason to shop there!

Extremely disappointed in today's shopping experience. Tried to leave through the front entrance twice to leave but was searched twice by two different staff members just to scan a barcode that was already scanned.
