Leaning Church Vineyard
We drove specially to this vineyard, while it’s website, google and the wine trails magazine says is open 7 days a week. I am very disappointed to find it closed. Better get you’re times sorted!

Lovely experience wine tasting at Leaning Church. We wandered around the gardens a little and had great service and tasted amazing wine. Highly recommended.

Great wines and a beautiful cellar door - Well rated by Halliday, we enjoyed a nice tasting and a picnic / platter with fresh smoked meats, salmon, cheese with views overlooking the vines - Service was friendly, fun, relaxed and personal. Would head back!

We stopped at Leaning Church for a lunch and tasting and had a very pleasant experience. We were warmly received, the owner herself did the tasting. She was generous and enthusiastic, and her wines are well-made. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch grazing platter. There's a little play area for kids as well. Overall it has an artisanal, non-commercial vibe. Highly recommended.

Visited this winery on Thursday - our 1St winery of the day and one that made a lasting impression! Beautiful sparkling and wines. Loved the location and the ambience of the winery - not to be missed. Thank you! Will enjoy our sparkling and wine and remember your beautiful vineyard! Great location for a wedding - church and all. Travelling Tassie and found this great vineyard. The platter for 2 was fantastic and the wines set it off. Loved the chardonnay. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Wonderful staff and lovely place to visit! We tried the Riesling which was light but not too sweet, and the Cabernet Sauvinogn which was not overly fruity as some can be. We bought a bottle of the 2013 Pinot Noir too which was a little oaky with a bit of depth - both very enjoyable.Excellent food. I had the frittatta which had just come fresh out of the oven. The beetroot jam was fantastic!Staff were wonderful and the grounds and vineyard delightful. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended ☺
