Bernie is always so helpful. He was just yelled at from a customer for not having her ID and he approached me with a smile. He's amazing and his team does some good work. Hopefully this review will reflect his actual work and not that womens one

Always get exceptional service from Bernie. I used to deal with Sam the previous manager however Bernie is just as amazing! Set me up with a pocket wifi and phone plan with lots of data!

My husband and I were actually Telstra customers however Vodafone was having some sort of sale a few weeks back and they were giving away towels and balloons to people out the front. We were given a towel an NBN brochure and a card and were asked a heap of questions but didn't really think much about it and left. The following week Khyle spotted us walking past, came out and started asking if we had given anymore thought into changing over to them which I hadn't really, it wasn't untill we went into Telstra and copped the most disgusting service I've ever had that we decided it was time to leave! We walked back over to Vodafone and signed up, we ended up paying almost $30 less and got alot better price then what either of us were ever getting with Telstra even after being with the company for over 10 years. I just want to say a massive massive thank you and WOW! to the service Khyle gave me! Even after all my rambling and anger he managed to calm me down and even offered to go get me a coffee when he seen how upset I was. We will continue to go here for the foreseeable future thank you

Bernie helped me get everything transferred to my new phone.

We come into the stocklands store to buy a new phone and Kyle helped us with a new phone and plan so we no longer had the annoyance of running out of credit and recharging. He said he was a trainee but offered great advice and was well mannered and polite I will be back to this store in the future! Thank you very much!

Bernie and his team are always so helpful and I know every time I go there I can get assistance when buy a new phone, tablet and Home wireless. NBN does not work (nightmare from start to finish) so I opted to switch back to home wireless.

Bernie the store manager is always very helpful and dealt with a very angry customer professionally today and helped me with my what's app.

My experience at Vodafone west burleigh was exceptional. Kyle was so patient and understanding when changing a phone plan. Excellent service.

Bernie always helps my family getting new phones and sorts out any issues. He has always been clear and very direct in explaining everything. I went in the store with my son and sign up for a new phone which he helped me transfer all my data over. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
