please do not put rubber bouncing balls on the bench where customers have to pay if you do not want children touching them. my son picked up a ball and bounced it when the lady snapped at my son DO NOT BOUNCE THE BALL" shocked him to the point where he missed catching it

Rude. I went in to buy two pairs of shoes. I could not COVID check in as the QR code is behind two sheets of glass. write your name in the book like everyone else" was my surly instruction.She has no idea about customer care.Mathers got a good review that day.Target and Kmart also sell sports gear."

Went to Sportspower Goulburn to purchase a pair of sneakers for my son. It was the weekend before school starts so it was a little busy although not crazy. My son picked out a pair of Nikes $120 the lady came over and asked if I needed help. I asked if she could “measure his feet please”as I didn’t know his size. She told me “ measuring feet doesn’t work” I thought privately it may not be an exact science although surely it points one in the right direction. She then said to us “ hurry up I’m busy”!!!! Shocked at the rudeness and terrible customer service,I walked out.

Order placed on the 26th posted on the 8thThey did manage to immediately send me multiple email AND text message advertising though ,save the endless spam and get your shipping in line ,don't order if you expect prompt postage ,sadly upon checking reviews this was a problem pre covid as well .

I can honestly say that the younger staff there are quite helpful & friendly, however, the rudeness of the older blonde lady standing behind the counter is beyond rude! Absolutely disgusting! And this is not the first time, hence the need for my review.Her sarcastic remarks made infront of her customers are not funny especially when you are dealing with children. With an attitude like that, you should be working behind a counter in Goulburn gaol, not in a so called ‘friendly family run business’. Far from it!If you can’t keep your comments to yourself, you probably need to retire! Never again will my family & friends walk through that door.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the older lady with blonde hair. We've shopped there a few times without a problem but we could not deal with this ladies rudeness another second and walked out. Seeing if the right size was in stock was all too hard. She was abrupt to our young son which made him feel uncomfortable to try anything on. She recommended a size to us and when we tried it on him it was way too big so we let her know only for her to turn around and basically tell us we weren't putting it on right and took it off us to do it herself. The last straw was when we finally thought we found a pair and her response was I think they're too small
