Gloria's Cottage

Brandon met us and showed us around the house. Beautiful and spotlessly clean. The house has everything you could need. If you turn up.late there is a welcome pack for breakfast and a very good supply of food for sale in a pantry that is cheaper than a supermarket. The beds are sooooo comfortable. The cottage is in a quiet area and minutes to the main street with plenty of places to eat and explore. Perfect for pets with a large secure back yard and even pet bowls. I cant praise this cottage enough and if I am ever back in Hay I will definitely be coming back here. Pity we are only staying for 1 night as could happily stay for days.

Good points: Beautiful accommodation, lovely town, near a river, good wifi and heating, nice rooms, selection of amazing jams and sauces you can buy. Large, lovely backyard. A generally beautiful place to stay for a few days. There are plenty of rooms and beds and enough space for a large family for a very reasonable price. It is about the same price as one of those tourist parks- but for much more space and much cleaner, nicer accommodation.Bad points: ??? None that I can think of.

Beautiful home, very welcoming

Gloria's Cottage in Hay is a lovely heritage home, furnished with antiques and very comfortable. Cosy and warm with heaters throughout the house. When we arrived, Peter had already turned on the heaters so we walked into a warm house. Gloria's Cottage is just across the road from the river so it's a good location if you want to take a walk.

Cosy, quirky, immaculately clean, so well organised and nice quiet location.

10/10 accommodation. A quaint cottage in a country town with everything thought of. A generous breakfast hamper, owner there to meet us with a wealth of local knowledge. And lovely touches for the Christmas season.

Excellent , just like staying with friends , it's my 5th stay & will look forward to my next visit.

What a great cottage, everything we needed. The shower was strong and hot. All the extras you could purchase in house was super helpful. The tree in the backyard was awesome for the kids to climb
