Do not buy from this place products are expensive compared to other places , my headphones broke after 3 days of purchase the USB port snapped and got stuck in my phone , they weren't wiling to help me and advised that I broke them so no exchange or refund will be offered, a 3 day old pair of headphones don't just break so will be contacting consumer affair

I went into Ml Mobile Phone repairs at time of closingI was sceptical as to if they would fix my phones at the last minute…but, they were so hospitable, they helped me and they did the service within the most quickest time possible.From this point onwards I will definitely be using them for any future phone repairs or definitely buying screen covers or anything of the sort.Thank you Kapal,Mahammed :)

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLAY. I had a phone screen replaced. The repair job was awful. Paid extra for tempered glass protection that didn't last 24 hours. The phone ended up shattering within a week. I had previously had no issues with a screen for over 3 years. I took the phone back and the owner was extremely rude. PLEASE NO GO HERE. You will regret it like it did.

Great service. Got a Screen protector for a Pixel 5 and was put on for me. They cut a screen protector for any phone you need so no need to worry about availability. Owner is a great guy!!!!

I doubt Fat Fak is a legitimate review as I've never had anything but outstanding customer service. I've been waiting inside the store several times and only witnessed great service.Personally I had a battery replaced with a non brand name battery and unfortunately it didn't maintain battery life for very long so I had to return. They were happy to give me a full refund or I had the option of upgrading to a proper Samsung battery. I chose the latter and they took the cost of the no name battery off the price. The other batter was sent back to the manufacturer under warranty.Each time they had the job completed in well under an hour.I've witnessed them replace screens, give general advice and sell products. All the staff were courteous and straightforward. I would have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone for any phone related issue you may have regardless wether your in a rush or have oodles of time.The boss is an especially decent man who doesnt talk nonsense or try and make more money from you, he simply offers outstanding service supported by some great staff.

Problem solved but phone not same as it was.Display on iPhone 11 Pro needed replacing due to bright lines on screen after phone was dropped.ML Mobiles gave a good price (for cash) $115. Display is fixed but found when testing it on pickup that colours were generally darker and photo skin tones a bit greyer and not as ‘rosy’ in a natural way. This darker appearance overall also means that I have found I need to turn the brightness up which may reduce my battery charge % over the course of the day and so be problematic. However on the plus side I think the display has more contrast which is good. The job is a lot better value than what I would have had to pay at an Apple Store (nearly 4x as much) or reseller which would not have been worth paying for the current value of the phone and I can’t afford to upgrade. So overall I’m reasonably satisfied but could have done with being advised in advance that the display would look different.

Thanks very much to ML Mobiles for helping me fix my glasses late in the evening, which I know was outside of the normal mobile phone services. Very nice service!
