Crest Air Conditioning

I contacted Bobbi-Jane to request assistance with my air conditioning vent maintenance. Bobbi organised the same day service and Mick attended as scheduled to provide the maintenance needed. I really appreciated the personal care given when Bobbi realised we had someone at home recuperating and made sure we could use our air conditioning to its full capacity as soon as possible.

I would just like to acknowledge the professionalism of the install team headed by Tyrone. The guys were punctual, polite and respectful of the work they were doing in and around the house whilst I continued to conduct my business from home. They were a friendly bunch of guys to talk to, and from my perspective, probably the best tradies I’ve had working around here for a long time.My experience in dealing with he Crest team has been very positive and you guys have always kept me informed of progress.The system is running beautifully, and I want to thank you all for the professional and positive transaction.

After 22 years using Crest I ended my relationship. Service Techs are A1, but office support has become exceptionally poor. No follow through, promises to call you back are never done, staff dont know what is happening. All points to being disorganised & a lack of ownership of job function which is impacting customer expereince.

These guys know their business and I'm very happy that I chose Crest. They sized the system perfectly and advised me to opt for a bigger unit and I'm glad I listened. They gave me the best price in the market. The installation team were equally good, came in as promised, were meticulous and completed the job, cleaned up any waste before leaving. To get an early installation date was a challenge as it was right in the middle of summer but it was well worth the wait. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Your car YBZ54Y drove like a maniac on the M1, cutting across two lanes and doing 110 in a 90 stretch and nearly hitting others. On Christmas Eve. Unbelievable.

Very happy with the ducted aircon & a split system installed by Crest Air (Mitsubishi Electric 16.5kw/20.0KW) last month. Guys did a fantastic job. Special thanks to ED, Bobbi & Devan. From quoting to final installation the team acted professionally. The install team also removed the old ducted air for me.Crest air installed a large split system (Mitsubishi Electric) in my previous residence 10 years ago and it still runs perfectly. This is probably the reason I went with Crest air as I know you are dealing with a reputable company. The install service is as important as brand name aircon you choose.

After Crest installed 2 split A/C units 10 years ago to our complete and ongoing satisfaction, we now needed a new split A/C supply and installation, relocation of a unit, and the removal of 2 older units not originally installed by Crest. Once again, Crest completed the work to our total satisfaction. My original online enquiry was answered within the hour, a representative was in our house the next day, and all the work was completed by the end of that week. The technicians were polite, efficient, very helpful, and cleaned up all work areas perfectly. Everyone we had engaged with was totally professional, efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Always fantastic and friendly service. We had ducted air conditioning installed in the past by Crest Air and this time we got a split system installed. With our recent split system installation, from quotation to getting it installed, it was very quick and professional. We have been with Crest Air for the past 5 years and will continue to turn to them for their services.

The first service (2021) went fine. However, things didn't go so well the second time. The technician who visited in late 2022 'made his mark' in my bathroom, left dirty finger marks wherever he went (including the ceiling) and damaged the enamel in my kitchen. Still no response from the company, after raising these observations six months ago. All up, can't recommend.
