Like some of the reviews here, I agree, seems like this organisation is created to protect the vets. I do not believe they even investigate per owners complaint properly.Vets for vets I guess, turn the blind eye!

Unfortunately in my experience, clearly they back their vet colleagues, even if the vet was wrong, dishonest and dodgy. Very sad. This organisation must be Audited independently. Note their recent 5 star scores with no reviews, presumably giving high five to themselves.

In my personal opinion there is no point in bringing complaints to the VPB. A pet of mine died as a negligence of the vet and in my opinion the board made no discernable attempts to ensure this will not happen again. Based on my experience, I would assume there is a bias towards the vets.

Companion vet dapto Most unhygienic Illwilled unprofessional organization unfortunately my beautiful dog is the one suffering and it will take 3-4 months for complaint to be dealt with??? Where are we a third world country. Shame Shame Shame

Very biased towards protecting vets. Doesn't care about pet owner knowledge and experiences. Will not properly investigate complaints. I've taken their rejection of my complaint to the NSW Ombudsman now. When I called the ombudsman, they claimed they've never heard of this vet board. Probably suggesting they're operating under the radar, with very redundant and insular policies. This is very dangerous. I urge anyone who has not been successful to report it to the ombudsman, if not, at least for a paper trail.

It’s investigation report is unprofessional with errors on facts. They don’t read docs. Don’t bother them anymore. It’s an unfair system, unethical vet can manipulate medical notes, and they only trust vet’s medical notes and ignore pet owners’ comments. Big disadvantages on pet owners’ medical and legal knowledge. They don’t care animals.

THIS BOARD IS A DISGRACE, THEY HAVE ALLOWED BEACON HILL VET TO PRACTICE AFTER 1000'S OF PEOPLE HAVE HAD HORRIBLE THINGS HAPPEN TO THEIR PETS. THIS DISGUSTUNG EVIL PERSON IS BARRED FROM WORKING IN THE US BUT ALLOWED TO WORK HERE?! THIS VET HAS SHOWED NO DUTY OF CARE, YET THE BOARD HAVE ALLOWED HIM TO CONTINUE TO KILL PEOPLES PET BABIES...TO THE VET BOARD, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, YOU ARE AS BAD AS HE IIS .
