Valentina was absolutely amazing! and a pleasure to deal with! I called early in the week looking for a mothers day gift and within a couple of minutes after getting off the phone with her she had text me back with photo ideas of what she had in mind which really helped me choose the perfect gift for mothers day.Valentina was very friendly and so easy to deal with yet very professional right through the whole buying process.Thank you so much to Valentina & the Hardy Brothers team for always providing 5 Star Customer experience we will be customers for life.

Needed to have my wife's engagement ring repaired and despite other jeweller's not sharing good news, Hardy Brothers were confident to repair the ring.Also given my naivity around this being done through an insurance claim, the staff there were helpful to guide us through and get the process started.And this is the point I wanted make, how helpful and courteous the staff always were. No matter how much I bugged them, questions I asked I felt attended to with respect and just amazing service.My wife is now reunited with her ring and she couldn't be happier. If Hardy Brothers had done any better, one would be mistaken for thinking her ring was brand new.

I brought my gold bracelet in to be assessed as the clasp was failing (due to wear and tear). Valentina and Jessica were super helpful and repaired it in store! They also gave it a nice polish, I'm very happy I can wear it again!

The internal atmosphere and facade is classic with a touch of modern style. The staff are extremely welcoming and polite, whilst maintaining a level of professionalism which match the high standards of Hardy Brothers.

Valentina did a fabulous job of providing great service and advice, and was very attentive to my needs. She had great knowledge of the products which was perfect. Needless to say I will be going back for my watch and jewelry needs as the first option in future. Thanks again.

I have bought from this store over the years and have always been happy with my purchases. Two days ago I was in the store because I was waiting for an appointment I had close by. Even though they knew I wasn’t there to buy they offered to clean my jewellery. The man out the back did an amazing job!! My rings are so sparkly and beautiful now. They are so wonderful to do that free of charge.Thank you!

Hardy Brothers effortlessly offers the high level of service I am accustomed too. Special mention and thank you to Valentina who took such great care of me. Ofcourse they have glorious things but they know how to care for their clients which is what is missing is some high end stores yet exactly what is needed in a real world (not online) experience. Tried to make a purchase today, stood outside their locked Security door" for 5+ mins while none of the staff inside could be bothered to open the door! Business must be good if they are able to turn paying customers away.. avoid this pretentious place in Collins St. Melbourne at all costs."

Took my B&M watch into Melbourne store for repairs and Valentina attended to fixing and cleaning my watch promptly free of charge - fantastic service
