Absolute joke!They Tried to give me a male shirt between bunch of shirts when I realised they admitted They lost one of my shirt!Another shirt is burned.Head office claimed the shirt was very old!No integrity no work ethic!They literally take your property and money but all you get is a sorry!Stay away for your own good!!

Use at your own risk. No standardized price list, and no integrity. It was done within 2 business days but it was a very shoddy job. I left a bunch of ties here, when I picked them up all still had some stains remaining but I let it slide as they could have been old stains. 1 tie however showed absolutely no difference so a refund was requested. The female staff called me annoying and pulled a face. I was offered a credit but I pushed for a refund as I 100% would not be returning here. I told her I do not believe in paying for a service that I did not receive. Other dry cleaners I have been to would have been honest and simply not accepted it, or not charged for it. It is a TIE, not an entire article of clothing. The fact that this business has such poor customer service and still expects payment for an incomplete job is very appalling.

Called them on Saturday noon and the phone was promptly picked up. The lady informed that they are open till 5:00 PM on Sundays.Dropped by with the winter jacket for dry clean but the charges quoted were too much. Moreover, was asked to pick up after 4 days. So it felt like expensive minus the express service.Getting it done for half the price from another place.

Did a decent job for my jacket, two buttons stitching however was $8. That's expensive!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Did not hem our pants properly. Told us we both had to come in during the week at 3pm to discuss why we think they didn't hem it properly and still no guarantee to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Lovely staff and not too expensive to get dry cleaning and alterations done.

Had my jacket, coat and wool hat drycleaned here on two separate visits. Great customer service, friendly and informative staff. Only improvement needed is maybe for the price to be consistent.

Very friendly staff and service is also good, they value our rush, they did dry clean and alteration for me in urgent and still quality was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Without Doubt the worst drycleaners in Australia - Absolute rubbish - i use them to dryclean my business shirts - i get them back regularly with creases down the front - not the look i need conducting business meetings - recently lost one of my double cuff business shirts - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I constantly had to chase them - several weeks late i eventually got my shirt back - 2 times out of five when i drop my drycleaning their Red Box is out of action causing a second visit same day to drop off my drycleaning - the staff are idiots - Side step this business - save the frustrations - take your drycleaning to a company that care about Customer Service - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!"
