Extremely professional and friendly.

There is a difference between efficiency and rudeness. I really wanted to tell this radiologist to stay in her lane, she's not my Dr, but that would've been inappropriate, something she herself is unaware of.I was spoken to like a child, I'm in my 50's, I was unable to finish my sentences, (and that is rare!).Yet she was able to tell me what she thought I needed to be doing to protect my injury. She couldn't have possibly known, because she did not hear a single word I said. Get the job done, don't humiliate me in the process.

Not sure how place of such importance can get so many things so wrong.. when they answer reception are less than helpful.. that's again when the answer you can physically walk there quicker then any one of those receptions can answer a call.. whether it be 3 of the 5 on break at the same time out the front up the road smoking, and the wait time on actual appointments is ASTOUNDING not to mention most medical things are time sensitive.. this place is a joke and unfortunately is the only one in town which we means we are stuck, you can literally travel to Newcastle and have your scans done the week they're needed and for no charges?THE WORST

Very blunt staff at this place, got No time for you, I been ringing their phone for 7 days always busy, they need to change their staff, are not happy people working here for some reason.I hope they reply to my email, as I want to cancel my appointment.

Don't know why patients have to wear masks when the admin staff wear them under the chin or below their nose. Wait time to get through on the phone is beyond a joke and easy to see why when you attend the imaging place they are too busy in the back office chatting and laughing, and I could see the phone lights flashing, after reading the reviews I agree with 90 percent of them, unfortunately we are stuck as the only place in Forster.

I did give the 2 stars as the did manage to change my appointment. But that’s all. They have lost my referral. I had to wait over an hour from my original appointment, no explanation.The next day they stuffed up the appointment time again. Whoever made the appointment put a wrong time and when I arrived they told me off. No explanation. People have to put up with this, please do not blame the COVID19 as it is the person who do not pay attention to details responsible but they are still getting paid.WHY???

How do you make an Appointment when no one answers the phone.?What a joke☹️☹️

It is very sad that this is the only option to have imaging in Forster as it is consistently poor. Virtually impossible to get though on the phone lines to make an appointment, takes hours, had urgent xrays on a Thursday.morning, results took 4 days. Was told by the person taking the Xrays, they would be emailed to the Dr's within hours along with a report, need to get the facts correct before telling a patient that as was told the next day by reception that results take 24-48hrs and that nobody would of said that ( I know what I heard)I am getting a second opionion also as I don't trust the results given and I certainly won't come back. Sadly Taree or Newcastle is next best option.

Absolutely terrible. Ive had to deal with these people over the last few months due to my medical problem. Most recently its been a week since i handed in a referral, marked urgent as it's cancer, and a doctor still hasn't looked at it. THIS IS NOT A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY
