The girl we got that had shaved hair as the delivery driver was super polite & had great customer service! Super happy with the service we will definitely be ordering again because of her. She’s left us very happy!

Went in to store to order, young man behind counter didnt know what he was doing or what i was asking for, placed order of over $80 , waited 20mims for food, finally got it home (5min drive) and it was stone cold with all the wrong alterations! Food wasnt very good, will not be going back

This must be a new business but I am so glad it’s now here in singleton. First time ordering through menu log and I can say my experience was amazing. My food came on time, actually early by 10 minutes so I am very happy and they have outdone themselves when I tasted the delicious burgers. Highly recommend trying the bacon and cheese loaded fries omg they are so good!! I will be supporting local from now on, burger chef is my new favourite.Thanks for making my experience one not to forget :)

The tomboy over there is very bad customer service, no smile, like asking for free food, never say thank you. I've given 3-4 chances and it's bad every time. I promise I won't go back and buy it again.

The lady making the burgers touched her face and hair with the GLOVES ON that she made burgers with and didn’t change them. Food took longer then it was meant to and poor quality service.

Honestly we brought a burger which was charged at $14.95 then I was charged an extre $6.95 for the combo then I was charged a further$1.95 to upgrade to a large chips in my combo. Then I was charged a further $1.95 to upgrade to a shake,The shop front has a shake advertisement says triple thick" not very thick.. they also show a picture of oreo shake

Singleton is the worst, never had so much dramas as singleton and i love burger chef! Waited over 1hr for delivery, rung the shop young female answered and said our $70 order was just leaving and would be their in 5min. Waited 20min rung back to get a rude same female that just hung up on me. Rung back to speak to manager she said ill get one and proceeded to leave phone off hook for 10 min. Hung up rung back spoke to manager about it, still havent got food over 1hr late and get told she shouldn't of hung up poor service and get nothing apparently to make up for the poor service bar free delivery next time. I love the burgers and foòd but this poor service makes it on par with dominos next door

walked in, prices seemed a tad high, BUT, then i ate my burger and was instantly converted to this food. Was almoat the best burger I've ever tasted. Puts all other singo burger shops to absolute shame. I will be back.EDIT: MONTHS LATER, went back after a few months, they dont care about customer service now and prices have gone up, quality is super low, its worth a fraction of the cost now. Im done with this joint. Its just rubbish. What cost me $30 when first opened now costs over $50 and its smaller with no flavour. Seems theyre trying to go out of business on purpose

Food was cold when delivered over an hr later than told. After calling to find out where it was I was told it’s there ready but was waiting on another order to be ready so could deliver both at same time. The delivery guy was lovely and very apologetic so no blame on him at all. But food should be delivered when it’s been freshly cooked not sitting waiting for other food so it arrives cold. Very disappointed.
