I have been with First Choice care for a couple of weeks and am loving it. The team is great to work with and will always try and find a shift if yours get cancelled. They are really understanding if you ask not to be sent to a facility again. Definitely recommend working for them.

I've worked for another agency, and in comparison I could not recomend FCC enough. They have heaps of work available, an amazing allocation team and can cater to specific availability. The support they offer their staff and genuine care they have for employees is incredible! Super happy to be working for FCC

I recently joined First Choice.the process was very easy as the prompts to navigate through the process are easy to follow.there is always someone to guide you through the process.going through the interview wasnt as nerve racking as staff made me very comfortable through it all and they made sure i had all the paperwork required.once the registration process was done I have been working well.the First Choice website is very easy to navigate as well.sometimes i have the choice to pick up shift myself on the find shifts Page.I would recommend friends to join First Choice

Easy procedure to start to work, approachable and friendly staff, and enjoyable to work with. One only thing I am not happy about is that I cannot afford to work many shifts at the moment.

First Choice do complete in house mandatory training, have a clinical facilitator on call and have given me shifts in my preferred hospital with plenty of notice. I have only been with them for a week so far, but the friendly staff have been wonderful

First Choice is the first agency I’ve ever worked for. They are amazing & highly recommended! Nothing is too hard, and they’ve helped me navigate agency nursing in general, as well as each placement. The website is super easy to navigate and being paid weekly is a lovely bonus. Finally, having a rural and remote section makes travel nursing easy!
