Apparently, the chicken absorbs salt. Not that the staff dont listen to requests or communicate with customers. Also, apparently, all the staff they have employed hate their jobs.

Three friends and I ordered a burger feast with plenty add ons, and all of them were there, nothing missing, nothing mixed up. all of the burgers were neatly made, weren't squished, perfect temperature, were very crunchy, not covered in oil, not soggy at all and had the perfect amount of sauce on each. The chips weren’t cold, were salted throughout and the popcorn chicken was the best i’ve had, crunchy, not soggy, consistent, no small crum like pieces and again cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and more than happy to tend to our needs and gave us plenty serviettes, and extra hand wipes and as well as we got our food very quickly considering the amount of it. If I could i’d give this restaurant a 20/10 and was pleased to eat here and would 1000% come back.

Got charged an extra $1 for the same item.(Zinger box)The chicken fillet in zinger burger was very thin.Best kfc in Australia is in Ararat can't even fit your mouth around the burger. Take notes Grovedale.

Every time I go they get my order right and it is well made. I can sit down and enjoy a meal on weekdays because it is quiet :)

Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection at this KFC and shout out to the young people working here today (10th June just before midday) - your communication, customer service, maturity and efficiency were seriously impressive!

Ordered food on uber Eats. Delivered, exact same experience as others, dried up chicken wings, seemed like they had been sitting in the sun for ages. Pick the game up, service is questionable. Come on management do your job.
