I had a bumpy start with property management, but the last two property managers have been great. Currently, I have Armando looking after my properties, and he's been very helpful. He has gone out of his way to rectify problems and fix some of the issues that have been raised by the tenants.Communication with Armando has been great which in my opinion is a must between the manager and landlord. Highly recommend.

After many years and a few property managers , we have finally found someone who works hard , communicates well and takes pride in their job. Armando Giacon is very professional in his approach and looks after both the tenant and the property owner to ensure both parties are looked after and all matters addressed in a very prompt manner. Phone calls are always returned and emails are always answered .Any matters that require attention to the property are addressed with no delays . It is a relief to have someone reliable to look after the property and support you when you when you live interstate.Thanks Armando , your work is appreciated

Early days but I have to say Hanan is one of the best property managers I have come across . She is responsive every time, goes out of her way to help her clients, deals with any situation promptly and will always return your call. Extremely professional and is very good at what she does. Highly recommend Hanan for any property that needs managing.
