Disappointed with lack of communication & thoroughness. When purchasing a property, CMB Lawyers did not submit a change of ownership form to body corporate (we were not aware of this) & have now had to pay arrears for 6 mths. We have contacted CMB Lawyers numerous times asking for an explanation, & for them to cover the arrears fees. No answers & no payment. Everytime I see or hear their tagline We do law beautifully" makes me cringe. Not a beautiful experience for us!"
