It's in a good position, with two entrances. The standard large store design also fairly newish. I found the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I do like how when asking any staff member where some random item is, they are all well trained to direct you to the correct isle number and position. Having a cafe with some nice goodies is always a plus.

Love this place, can l move in? Obviously, everyone loves bunnings, everyone is so friendly and ready to help you with whatever your looking for. They really do have everything! Well, almost everything. Go shop to you drop l say!

Everything is what you'd expect. My only suggestion is that perhaps a large sign in front of the entry to the garden centre for when it is closed before the rest of the store. Many people park up that end, because that is where they want to go. Most of the people we watched actually got within 5 metres of the door before realising that the entry was closed. Most of these were elderly.

Without going into the whole story , there was a mix up with my purchase and what was at the store I was told it wasn't when i went back a day later to pick it up...etc etc etc ...I want to say that the staff were excellent in handling this and Chris the manager was excellent. Thank you to the staff at the special orders section. You are exceptional people!!. ( oh and the rest of the staff are too :)). That's why I love Bunnings Gympie. And yes I got my purchase. One happy shopper I am.

Brought in my petrol chainsaw that wouldn’t start and Steven from power garden managed to assess the problem and get it going with only the tools he was carrying in his apron it was amazing to watch.

Good Bunnings and good staff, I've been to a few. One of the only times a Bunnings staff member approached me and asked me if I needed help. Was great as they did deliver on the help and found what I was searching for.

6th March 2023 7pm Front counter person Calena was rudely interrupted by my presence which forced a casual conversation with a coworker to be paused so I could be served. Both on entering and exiting this happened. You’d think with limited customers at night, staff would be ready to answer questions and serve.

Really helpful staff, heaps of parking always, if going southbound and you miss the turn off just turn left at the lights. Clean bathrooms, and shopping for everything else was pleasant and easy.
