Really bad service at the shoes section, took about half an hour to get service. They could hire couple more people to service as customers frustrated of waiting. Found the right size shoe but have to wait to get the other pair from the back. Young boy(stuff) seems like had enough of it. I was gonna buy couple pair of shoes but in the end just bought one for my kid and left. Would rather travel Melbourne to buy than go back there.

Waited at the 'Click and Collect' desk for five minutes without being acknowledged. Went to the regular desk and said I was there to pick up a click and collect and was told (with the type of tone that insinuated I was an idiot) that I needed to go to the click and collect desk. Rather disappointing. The rest of the customer service experience revolved around the employee attempting to use the least amount of non-essential words possible. Usually I love this, but it was a tad abrasive. Probably would consider shopping here again, however I am certainly more inclined to take myself to Waurn Ponds for the next visit.

I don't have time, I am studying full time.I go to your store to buy shoes.You have all the gender shoes mixed up.It took me 20 minutes to see where you ha e put the basketball shoes. I found some I Iike, it took ages for them to be found. Nothing in my size.Another pair nothing in my size, Another pair nothing in my size. I am size 11.5 not out of the ordinary. My one day off morning wasted.I was told to come back in a few weeks.Like I want to waste another morning.Probably go online or try somewhere else.It is not covid now what is your excuse.

We’re not open when they advertised that they close at 7. Family raced from footy training to get there to pick up very expensive click and collect football boots.Explanation please.
