Pat and Alison were life savers fixing some not so great work done by a previous contractor and some additional drainage and roofing issues around the house. I had been struggling to find the right people for the job and Pat hit the nail on the head. Professional, timely service and most of all just a great kind team who do a great job.Will be the first people i ring in the future.

Called Pat at 7am with an urgent request. Angus was doing the job by 1pm. Both were polite and professional. So happy with the end result. Could not recommend Murwillubah District Plumbing Service more highly. Pure professionals!!

Booked in a major septic installation three weeks out before an extended trip away. Checked with plumber to make sure he could schedule in the work as we had a critical time line. Got council approvals, then the day before he's due to start, sends an email pulling out, says find someone else. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Three days before travel and new tenant moving in one day, no time to get anyone else, classic let down by unreliable tradesman. Don't risk using this company. They'll let you down.

We have a LPG Solar about 13 yo that has just been ordinary in its heat through Winter. I contacted one other and the best he could offer was an over the phone diagnosis of you probably need a new unit ". I called someone else who told me to call someone else (gas solar seems to be a little specialised)
