My experience with Northside Auto was amazing, they fixed what we thought was the main issue and when we discovered it was actually something else was so very accommodating and actually listened to my thoughts on what the problem may have been. Will definitely be going back here for future servicing and have already refered a friend who is also extremely pleased with work done to her car.

Great value for money. Friendly and down to earth. Does what is needed and advises what looks like may be required later. Does not do unnecessary work or charge for parts not needed. Charges on the hours actually done (and done quickly) unlike dealerships charging twice the labour and every part under the sun.

Needed our car looked at urgently on a Saturday morning before a potential buyer came to inspect. They managed to get me in quickly and helped me ultimately get the sale by showing me what needed to be fixed so I could be open and honest to the buyer who appreciated that and made the sale.Highly recommend trusting them with your car. I paid double of what I was quoted, should have gone to a reputable mechanics. I would not recommend Northside Autocare based on my experience.
