We have the Large Oval Springfree Trampoline and it is just amazing!My boys are 4.5 and 8 years old and it is just perfect for them. I’ve had a few jumps too and it’s actually great exercise. For safety, you’re only meant to have one person on the trampoline at a time, but there’s plenty of space for both boys and even me at the same time.I love the design of the trampoline - compared to other trampolines on the market, the Springfree is definitely the most stylish. The flexible net that surrounds the trampoline is an amazing safety feature that gives me so much peace of mind. Combined with the frame being below the surface and the lack of springs, the Springfree ticks all my safety boxes! You can see that the trampoline is built with quality materials that are sturdy and designed to last. The trampoline is also easy to clean - we have some birds nesting nearby and they love to do their business while flying over. A quick wipe and the trampoline is ready for jumping again.We have the basketball hoop attachment and it is so much fun for the boys. If you can squeeze that into your budget it just adds an extra element of play that also builds on other gross motor skills.From the start, the customer service team were great with helping to decide which trampoline to choose. With backyard measurements they were able to recommend the best fit. We also had the trampoline professionally installed and would definitely recommend it. So much easier to let the pros handle it in half the time and without the stress that trying to do it yourself would entail. They also took the packaging away with them.If you’re thinking about a trampoline for the kids, a Springfree is worth the investment for years of fun!

We bought a second hand Medium Oval Springfree Trampoline from Gumtree. I should have bought a new one when the kids were younger. This one is still in good condition even after being in the weather for the last 8 years, and I wouldn't have be wasted money money on a springed trampoline that only lasted less than 2 years.The mat rod holders are the weakest part and I've had to replace a few. It was easy to message the company to order the parts. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They ordered the parts for me and I received them quickly.I was able to pull the tramp apart and reassemble. It is definitely easier with two people, particularly assembly, but I was able to do it alone after watching many videos.

Great trampoline, well made and success with the kids.....but the installation was super challenging. Not technical but the strength required to connect the tubes to the mat required 2 - 3 person herculean effort. Recommend paying for professional installer

We love our Springfree trampoline!Customer service was excellent and delivery was super easy to arrange. We opted to install ourselves and Springfree provided amazing support including an app!

Our two girls had reached an age where it was time to purchase our first family trampoline. After many hours of research and product comparatives (between the premiums brands) it was a no brainer to purchase a Springfree Trampoline. We sent an email to their customer support to enquire about a few things including upcoming sales. We were taken back as to how quickly we received a response and what a wonderful supportive team they all were. In less then 48 hours later two gentleman were carefully unloading the boxes from their truck and stacking them in our garage all ready for assembly. We recently purchased the large oval trampoline. When reviewing the options customer service we’re very informative & catered to our needs. We were kept well informed on delivery status & received it within a week of purchase. And most of all the kids love it & highly recommend springfree!

Was previously happy with this trampoline however over the past year or two the stitching has come away. It started with the stitching at the zip coming away. This has gradually cause the stitching to continue to come away creating a metre gap which children can fall down. We bought the trampoline as the sales person at the Gladesville sales centre said it would last 10 years and covered under warranty. Despite spending time sending photos to customer service apparently they will not take responsibility for children’s safety despite agreeing that the stitching is an issue. We are now being told that the net only has a 2 year warranty and are expected to fork out the extra hundreds for a new net after choosing to pay out over $2000 for a trampoline we were told would last 10 years. Also concerning was a change in customer service response, initially when I called they had my email and all of my contact details however the next person I spoke to said they have absolutely no record of my purchase.

Fantastic trampoline we have had ours for 8 years and the only thing we have replaced is the net due to our new cattle dog puppy tearing it to bits. Other than that it’s still going strong. Our 3 children use it daily it’s fantastic quality glad we looked into it as friends who bought other trampolines have replaced theirs or multiple parts costing them in the long run. The uv protection really helps it a lot as ours has been full sun fir the last 8 years.

Ordered our new trampoline and it was delivered and installed within 5 days. Our installer Shane was awesome, friendly and helpful. I had not ordered a ladder and he always carries a spare so was able to get one there and then. Great service, and our children love it. So much better than our previous one the mat is awesome
