Dog hair was everywhere in the wool carpet and there were many urine stains in the carpet. The previous tenant didn’t do a carpet clean. I suffer from dog allergies and so the dog hair, animal dander and urine smell was absolutely awful for my symptoms, making the property pretty unbearable to live in.We had a “steam clean” by another company and it was a rip off. The job wasn’t done properly and was a waste of money.We managed to get Phil in on a cancellation and he did an AMAZING job.- Phil removed several dog urine carpet stains altogether- Phil cleaned the carpets at a temperature of 120 degrees—it smells and feels so clean!!- Phil explained about his equipment and the different ways of cleaning carpets – eg. Clean, steam, cold steam, warm steam etc.- Phil asked questions to illicit information that was then relevant to the solution he’d intend on using!*Photos show the difference between cleaning done (darker colour) and pre-clean. The second and fourth photos show the removal of x2 urine stains (before and after). Photo 3 shows the solids (ew) collected from the carpets.This is by far the best service experience I think I’ve ever had across any industry. Also, the outcome is so visible. I will recommend Phil to everyone I know.
