I had fabulous dealings with Abby at Storage Choice. She was friendly and welcoming and her instructions were very clear on how to use Storage Choice. She was very helpful with her advice on what size unit /shed to hire and there was no pressure to empty the shed when we needed to extend our time to hire the shed for a longer period.We ended our hire period before Christmas and it was great to see the festive /Xmas theme in the office with little gifts for kiddies. She really did go the extra mile !I would happily recommend Storage Choice Bundamba to my friends and would use them again.Abby is a huge asset to the company - great customer service !!!!

I needed to make a hasty move within 48 hours and with the help of the manager, Craig it was more than possible.I ended up on the top level but it doesn't matter because there's a huge furniture lift that comes in handy.I had some rather large furniture items but only a small car to move with and when Craig asked me about this, he offered up the use of a courtesy ute.I ended up running out of boxes at some point but not to fear because Craig has some in the front office for sale.Its as if every problem I was about to face Craig had seen it tenfold and was more than prepared, its no wonder he's the manager.Not to mention this guy has so much personality from the get go I felt less anxious about putting my things into storage.I feel like all of my things are safe and I couldn't have been more at ease on moving day.

This is definitely the best storage choice in Ipswich. Craig is an absolute delight to deal with. The sheds are well priced and the security is great. Would definitely recommend to others if needing a storage solution :)

Richard the Facility Manager at Bundamba self storage was fantastic , second to none . His honesty, attitude and professionalism made all the difference in this difficult time as on our exit from the facility I had dropped $170 outside of our unit and after a few hours of stressing over it had Richard call us to let us know he had found it and it was safe until we needed to collect it ,, Thankyou very much for looking after our stuff and I would highly recommend Richard and the Bundamba Self storage facility to anyone in need of this service ... .... money well spent .

Very well managed and well kept premise for storage. Have no complaints even through the floods, my storage stayed safe.

Craig was exceptional and you can see his passion with helping others, storage and going out of his way to make sure it was a great experience. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing value and service and the best customer service in Australia!

The manager their is a really nice gentleman and go out of his way to help you , the storage unit I have is at a great price , I would recommend going there and you will be treated with respect by Richard. Thank you for everything cause when i needed a unit to put all my furniture in he helped me out, again thank you. Highly recommend this storage unit.
