Prices high. This so-called certified agent tried to rip me off x 4 times! In March I received a roadworthy, and it lapsed. I went back in September they did not pass it, why...they tried to take $415.37 saying that both rear rotors have severe grooves in them, and advised replacing both. LHR tyre has a large gauge in the outer sidewall, advised replacement $284.81 supply and fit...they passed this wheel in March, no large gauge, it was the size of a 5-cent piece!! RHR has a nail in it, they did tell until after the fact and were quoted another $33 to repair. My car was due to be serviced, 60,000 km @ $249. Then, the staff try to advise me that it was due for a 75,000 km service which includes changing 4 x spark plugs total for that service was $600, I asked if the plugs are $100 each, wow! Did not agree with that, because my car has only done 9,000 km in 3 years!!! I went elsewhere to repair the puncher and replace the tyre, a total of $225 for that. There is nothing wrong with my rotors, smooth as! Extreme rip-offs!! Don't go there!!! I'm not a female that is going to be taken for a ride!!! I am taking this further due to the nature of their lies and putting in writing that my car was not road worthy!! Lies, lies and more lies!!!!! Keep away from them!!!

Bought a car from this car dealership, nothing but problems, took it back they knowledge there were gear box problems and they would fix it, come the day to fix it they tell me that the car is out of new car warranty and they feel that it's not there problem to fix it under there life warranty. They also took my life warranty 6Months later cose I didn't take the car to them for the log service I went somewhere else cheaper to get the log book service done but they said that voided my warranty. Never again going through them ever again...

Exceptional service. The staff were freindly and accommodating. Free coffee and a muffin was a definite bonus. I'll have no hesitation in seeing them when I purchase my next vehicle

Phones must be broken as they never get answered. The service and customer service is the worst I've experienced in Townsville. No wonder people from Townsville go to Cairns and Mackay to purchase their vehicle.

Problem with the car and was told $165 per hour for labour.Got a call and Quoted $1095 to complete the job which I accepted but got there to pick car up was charged another $255 on top for diagnostics.I tried to tell them that the quote should have included everything and I shouldn’t be made to pay for anything above the quote price but they wouldn’t accept my concern and I had to pay it even though I escalated this to a manager.Was seen very quick and very nice people to talk with but I believe it’s not ethical what they hav done.

Service done ASAP, as I asked. Looked like there was only 1 staff member doing the check in's too. Uber's were ordered promptly both ways.

This place is full of people that just want to do the dare minimum. Went in with transition problem, they told us it was the spark pugs. Had to go to Ace Foster's to get it fixed. Service log book missing. Stay away. Take your car somewhere else.I saw your reply, all big words but you still have not been in touch. Lost log book, I phoned to ask if you had it because it's lost, reply with 3 minutes saying that the service centre has had a good look around and the mechanic and couldn't find it. It took 2 weeks to get the car in because the service centre was too busy. I know you didn't look, just tried to brush it under the carpet.

Tony Ireland group was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was an issue for them.I purchased my Chevrolet Silverado in Darwin, worst mistake, I should have brought it from these guys and just had my services done here, so much more professional and good old fashioned customer service.

They over quoted on a repair which I got somewhere else at 1/5 price.
