I was tasked with organising the funeral of my late aunty who went suddenly. I had met with and spoken to two directors prior to phoning Dominic at global. I felt an instant warmth and compassion from Dominic. To say that we as a family are forever grateful is an understatement. Dominic was warm, considerate, patient and understanding, a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Every step of the way he was there, even organising an after hours viewing. On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly with thanks to Dominic and his team. To entrust somebody with your loved one is not easy but with Dominic we felt no hesitation. They took so much stress and pressure off as we knew we were in good hands. They also organised everything we requested plus more without hesitation. 6 Star Service!!!! Dominic and Geoff along with their team are an absolute God send. Professional, respectful, helpful, caring just to say the least. We have used these guys twice in the last 3 years and their service is second to none. They're knowledge, support, guidance and respect allowed us to grieve our loss while they ensured everything was planned, booked and in place for the service and burial.
