Customer support will put you on hold the. Hang up on you. Press 3 for sales and speak to a rep instead with any concerns.. reflects poorly for a Human Resource service to not value service.

Absolutely woeful in pretty much every way.The site is unreliable and the layout, even for the most basic functions, is not at all intuitive.The simplest of processes is laborious and difficult bordering on ridiculous.No support whatsoever and impossible to contact anyone if you do encounter issues. The only avenue for help" is a bot which is as useful as a fart in a spacesuit.Would never in a million years willingly use this service and am sure to steer everyone i can away from it."

Sales person rang apologising for missing their meeting, there was no meeting, we didnt even know who they were. Then when we asked to be called in 6 weeks due to being too busy to consider any software we get a call the following week saying they cant find our office for our meeting!! If this is how they sell this product then no thank you!
