I order my mum flowers for Mother’s Day that cost me $95 and the picture she sent me of the flowers was nothing little I ordered. The vase was full of cheaper flowers and lots of greenery.I would not recommend this florist to anyone and I will never use them again.

I'm sorry to have to give this florist even 1 star. After I had accidentally given the wrong unit number I contacted the florist to see if they had had any returns or had heard anything of flowers being delivered to the wrong address. The person who is answering their phones should be given a lesson in politeness and customer service. After not even being able to finish my sentence I was reprimanded with ' what do you want me to do about it!' And 'why do we have the the wrong address?' The rudeness and attitude of this company is astonishing. I was so shocked at being spoken to in such a manner I would just rather go to the address myself and find out if flowers had been accidentally delivered. I would never use this florist again
