Brilliant service by Gus. Knows his stuff.... advises and supplies hardware, software and everything in between. And very competitive rates. No need for me to ever look anywhere else for computer help. Plus home calls ... how good is that!

Purchased a new lap top to replace our 9 year old computer. Gus provided excellent friendly and informative service, making the transition extremely easy with excellent follow up/after sale service. Would highly recommend for all computer services.

Gus took on my Apple laptop (2020 pro model) with some serious failure I expected to be unfixable.He was very communicative, transparent with pricing (which is crazily cheap) and honest about issues with trying to fix it. I understand he spent a lot of time fixing my laptop, and didn’t even slightly attempt to sting me with extra costs when it came to final payment (which I feel he was actually entitled to).He fixed a major issue in under two days time (laptop would have been unusable entirely) and was easily contactable for pick up out of normal business hours.I expected to pay to receive a quote at the very least - but even that was free.If it weren’t for the lockdown, I likely would have gone to a bigger brand name business to help me out - as I have the paranoia of small businesses within this field not being really any good or trustworthy.I’m very glad I decided to seek out local business, and was proven very wrong of previous assumptions. And likely saved a lot of money (I’ve had similar issue before which cost $800+ for hardware alone).I strongly recommend Gus to anyone seeking some help with their computer issues. I’ll be continuing business with him in future, no question - even when I eventually move away from the hills.Thanks so much Gus!

Gus was super helpful, fixed my daughter's laptop issues quickly and the price was very reasonable. We dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up within a few hours. Would recommend.
