The Face Yoga Coach

I have participated in online face yoga classes and attended a recent workshop with Joyce Piper. I was sceptical of face yoga but I was surprised and happy with the results of regular practice of the exercises taught by Joyce. My face looks toned and fuller, particularly in the cheek and lip area. The recent workshop has given me the confidence to perform facial massage with a jade tool. Over the last ten years I had become increasingly reliant on cosmetic physicians and aestheticians. Working with Joyce has changed all that. My look is more natural, my skin in better condition and I feel that I am in control of my destiny. Joyce is patient and responsive, provides clear instructions and has a deep knowledge of and commitment to face yoga and natural, ageless beauty.
