Ordered a bunch of items but I only ordered from here becuase I wanted the balloon arch decorating tape. In the end they sent everything else and not the tape so two days before my party I have to run around melbourne looking for a place that sells it. I won’t be able to though becuase it’s such a niche product so I’m left having to figure out how to do a balloon arch without the tape. Sad and disappointed in this service. Seeing as there’s no face to face customer service the least you can do is send the correct products. How hard is it to check your ackage before sending it. People rely on timely service becuase of their party deadlines and you have failed. Don’t even want a refund becuase it’s only $7.95 but it’s ruined my party planning and it’s the principle.

I ordered decorations for a friend's baby shower through Melt Bake and Party and would highly recommend them. After I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, the staff were available for phone and email support. They ensured my items arrived in time and at the right location. They have a beautiful range of party supplies and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in future.
