We use fort fort Knox storage in North Mackay for 3 years.And they were great, they're clean tidy and the people there are very helpful they done a wonderful job looking after our stuff. I would recommend them as a good storage facility thank you very much for helping us out

Fort Knox needs staff to have more training in customer service. Electronic's need to be operating properly.My experience was not a good one, first of all the lock was left on the storage unit I had booked which made it impossible to put my furniture in. I had to look for an empty one to store my belongings. After many attempts to contact them that was also a failure. No after hour numbers available. When Monday came I tried on many occasions to contact them just to be hung up on due to the company Electronics not working.After finally making contact with them I was told I had to move my furniture to the correct storage unit. I was well aware of this so I had to once again move the furniture by this stage I was so mad.This was not my mistake but the staff at Fort Knox. What hurt the most that there was no help offered or an apology.If you want people to return or promote your bussiness you need to seriously look into more training for staff as I definitely won't be spreading anything good about this bussiness at all.

Stored with this company, specifically North Mackay, twice and I cannot fault them. Clean units, friendly staff and most importantly, my belongings are secure and safe. Won’t go elsewhere!

Rude, Lazy and poor customer service!! Ive ordered parcels to be delivered here and put into storage by the (employees) of fort knox not the delivery driver itself, just for the driver to get abused because they are too lazy to do it themselves. I do not recommend this place, nor is it safe to store valuables or goods here!! Very unprofessional as a buisness

I had a great experience from Fort Knox Nth Mackay. A unit was available at short notice when I had a requirement. The facility is well maintained and secure. Tania and team do a great job and when a neighbouring unit had a motor oil spill Tania contacted me to check my unit which was appreciated. Finally, when I moved out I appreciated that Fort Knox provides a prorate refund of fees paid. I definitely recommend.

Excellent service! We had our storage in Fort Knox North Mackay for 3 months while looking for our first home to buy and always felt our furniture was safe and sound so thank you! Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend!
