Firstly I would just like to thank Bronwyn and Norma for their kindness, patience, humour and their caring natureThey have both helped me more than I can say and every single thing they do and have done has made a huge in my life.They calmed me downThey made me see things in a different wayThey tried to tell me all the good things about myself that I didn’t see and showed me how I may just be a valuable employeeThey have become my friends but are helping me at the same timeI don’t think I would have had as much progress if they were judgemental or they didn’t have their wonderful natureI would like to add that every single workshop or meeting had made such a difference in the way I feel about myself and how much I can achieveI came to work links without any idea of what they could do to help me as I always said to Norma and Bronwyn“I am broken”In a way they fixed meI came from Sydney and not knowing many peopleLots of emotional things have taken place and the support from them was incredibleI always know that I can ring and they will be able to help or even just be an understanding earThanks so much for everything we are so lucky people like you existSent from my iPhone

Very rude & poor communication !I’m profoundly deaf & can’t hear on the phone, I had to make a phone call via NRS (National Relay Service) & this is what she said :“”Good afternoon WorklinkStrathpine. (f) i'm going to have to hand the phone over ...i had a call the other day that took 20 minutes....sorry we can't take this call at the moment...it takes too long””Plain clear discrimination right there, I can’t help it that I’m deaf, this is the only way that I can call you.
