Very very disappointed i went to the rental property at 1/30 murray street warrnambool with my little girl and loved the property but unfortunately i never got told or emailed to say that i was unsuccessful or anything they just let it out without telling me it was least from now on i will not be going through these people anymore i dont recommed this real Estate at all feeling angry

If we could leave 0 stars we would very unprofessionalBreaking there own policies allowing there own workers to lease propertiesI have lived with my mother and 5 siblings in one of there properties for the past 6 years yes at first the agent was lovely then after time she would complain all the time about the house having a bedroom constantly closed because of mums ex partner needing to sleep 12 hours for work we had to send my younger brother to live with his father due to the house having asbestos and he is asthmatic the workers come in to remove it but not all of itPrior to covid all maintenance was done the old owners were lovelyLast year in June we got new owners Heatherlie Homes the Uniting Church so a non for profit bought the place2 years ago we submitted a list of maintenance and got nothing done last year my brother had a seizur an d we had to open the window and it was jammed and fell outWe reported this to have to wait until April this year for it to be fixedWe have no heating working properly power points not working no key to front door no kitchen light the toilet not secure to the groundI've contacted Consumer Affairs more than onceVCAT do nothing because he is over workedHave the colleague living behind meThe same one evicted my brother and made him homeless for the past year and a halfOven don't workWindows don't open etc the list goes on and onand on, the new owners r not building for another 3-5 years yet I am due to be evicted in under 10 daysThey state on there criteria that if income changes then they work with u to sort out a plan I've had nothing just sent straight to VCAT twice now for rent arrears and yes mum was behind due to my income changing over rather last 2 years when I moved there with mum but we have always notified the agent of changes the agent doesn't return calls, emails or texts and reception dont even pass messages onThe house is not new It old was made from that old horse hair plaster as of 2 years ago it has only been my mum myself and 2 of my siblings in the house

I bought an amazing house through Matt of Northeast, Stockdale & Leggo. Matt and the team were contactable at every step of the way and made the whole experience easy. Matt is friendly, hard working and professional. He even gave me a housewarming gift upon moving in. I highly recommend buying or selling through Northeast Stockdale and Leggo.

Leah Siegle from Northeast, Stockdale & Leggo was fantastic to deal with in securing me a rental property at short notice. Nothing was too hard, and the process was so simple.Leah even personally cleaned and vacuumed the house the night before takeover as she couldn't find a cleaner to do it in time!,I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thankyou.

If i could give it 0 stars i would do not rent thru this Reality. They dont care about there renters and will leave u to live in a house that has no heating gaps and holes in the doors. There a joke

Matt of Northeast Stockdale & Leggo worked hard to find me the right property. He patiently showed me through properties until I found the perfect one for my needs. He offers a 5 star service. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Matt again for the purchase or sale of real estate.

After 20+ property purchases over 35 years, I found Stockdale & Leggo Warrnambool, and specifically real estate agent Phil Gray, the worst real estate transaction experience. What I discovered is an agent prepared to say whatever it takes to make a sale and do whatever it takes to make a commission. I found this agency and agent unreliable and equally untrustworthy. I mean, who’d buy a property with the potential for adverse possession (like a squatter), and pretend it doesn’t matter? I trusted agent Phil Gray, but was let down. I recommend vendors and buyers look to their competitors for a better customer service experience. Stockdale & Leggo Warrnambool are not your friend. I’m left wholly disappointed and intend to express my concerns with a formal complaint to the industry body the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), as well as the Victorian Business Licensing Authority and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Unacceptable and absolutely awful!Postscript... As if my customer service experience wasn’t bad enough, I’m now being threatened. See today’s text message from agent Phil Gray following my customer service review. A lesson in how not to respond to feedback.
