Literally didn't answer any calls all day. Mind you the day it was meant to be delivered. Poor communication between branches, was told that our furniture would 100% be at our new house by the branch where we previously lived to then finding out the afternoon our stuff was meant to already be at our home thay they hadn't even spoken to each other giving false promises.

Strongly recommend. Had 3 moves with Allied Pickfords and all were fantastic. Tracy Kukkura did the recent one and the service was fabulous. They stick to the time and things were delivered in excellent condition and all my moves were great.

Fantastic service. Very short notice move and these guys could not have done anything else to assist. Very responsive communications and flexible with pickup/drop off dates. No damage and all boys were a great friendly bunch. Highly recommend!

We just made an interstate move to Melbourne from regional WA. This was the second time we have used Allied and the booking process, house virtual survey and communication was great . The guys arrived on time with the truck and all packing items . The efficiency of motion started immediately. They completed the 3 bedroom house packing and was loaded on the truck in just over 4 hours and we have dropped the Car at the depot a week later. The thing that impressed me most was they explained what they we're doing through whole moving process , they had right boxes and protective covers for the household items and blankets to protect my furniture that didn't go in packages.Out furniture and Car arrived in Melbourne on schedule and the guys unload and unpacked without any issues . The Car was delivered at the door without any damage . All the items were carried to their proper rooms, a few adjustments made for a change of mind . Even the picked up the boxes and wrapping papers once we have completed unpacking.Thank you Allied Pickford for your reliability and highly recommended.Thanks

The guys were very professional and quick in handling my furniture. Very pleased with the overall service and customer service. Will definitely be using Allied pickford removalist again in the near future. Thanks to Paul and the guys.

Allied were helpful, pleasant to work with , reasonably priced and prompt from beginning to end of the process. I particularly found having a consultant at the start of the process who came and reviewed our situation and gave us advice and answered questions.
