Nice and clean but the food, even though we waited for it to be cooked, (and let's be honest a steak sandwich isn't that hard), but the food was ordinary.

This is an AMAZING Truck stop!! Friendly night staff. Hot showers and clean amenities. We were travelling past late at night and were able to stop and feel welcomed and safe. Would recommend to everyone!!

Ordered 4 meals after a night out with the kids. 3 mixed grills and a rump steak. Asked for all steaks to be cooked medium. All came out very well done. No eggs on the mixed grills. The veggies" were all warm to the touch but all raw. Took 45 minutes to be served the worst food I've ever seen. Asked for takeaway containers so at least the dogs could have some food."

Reliable and store is in good location. Has air for tyre checks and easy access pumps. Store is a little dated. Toilets are always clean.

Customer service really rude the male to be specific as well as lack of communication. For e.g I had asked to use the showers and he replied that I couldn’t. I then proceeded outside and called the Servo and a lady answered and confirmed that I could as it was a 24 hour service station.

Gave a 1 star only because I had to leave a review so I'll merit that star by saying toilets were clean! However the customer service 0 star here as there was 2 women on and 1 other customer in shop that ordered chips and gravy, we were waiting a good 5 mins watching h1 lady watch the chips cook and then a couple minutes later we asked could we be served we had to go as truckies havent got much time to wait for chips to be cooked, we were then snapped at and told she was waiting for the gravy to warm up all this time and the other woman was packing things away and wasn't called to serve while she was waiting for gravy... so lady you just lost your work place not only mine but all my mates business because they will be told to avoid going there. You would think with so many petrol stations around you would like lots of business !!! Not in this place...

I just couldn't express my appreciation to Venessa and other staff for their kind help when we had some troubles here. It means a lot for us and warmed our hearts in the early winter morning. All the best for a very successful business.

Another servo with RACQ 4c off so it's were we stop and refuel.

Staff couldn't find any ice for my son who slammed his finger in their toilet door. Surely the kitchen had ice. They didn't seem to care
